  • The Charter of Indian Creek Village, a municipal corporation in Dade [Miami-Dade] County, Florida, adopted by the Legislature of the State of Florida as Chapter 30850 Special Acts, Laws of Florida 1955, as amended from time to time, is hereby amended in its entirety, except for that part describing the boundaries. The municipal corporation for Indian Creek Village is hereby recreated and shall have governmental, corporate and proprietary powers to enable it to conduct municipal government, perform municipal functions and render municipal services, and may exercise any power for municipal purposes except as otherwise provided by law.
