§ 22-6. Vehicles operated on property other than roadways.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to park, operate, use or maintain on any property within the village any motor vehicle other than on roadways improved for vehicular traffic or in areas designated for parking.

(b)

This section shall not apply to vehicles performing maintenance, construction or other related activities on property.
