§ 22-3. Applicability of chapter.

Latest version.

This chapter applies to every street, road, alley, sidewalk and bicycle path in the village; to all lands owned or leased by the village including open spaces; and to every other way within the corporate village limits which is open for use as a matter of right or by expressed or implied invitation of the owner for the purposes of vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
